At XPENG, we have a nationwide service concept. You can also book service at a workshop in the traditional way, if you live close to it. But we offer an equally good and much more flexible and time-saving solution with our XPENG Mobile Service concept. Our outgoing service technicians are nationwide and you book an appointment either by telephone or directly in the app. Then we come within 5 working days and solve the task - exactly where you want it.
You can choose to buy a service agreement through our service partners, it covers the following: • Service carried out at a workshop, at your own home or wherever you wish. Service is carried out in accordance with XPENG's regulations and includes a number of quality checks - visual and physical - as well as periodic replacement of relevant components. • Service must be carried out once a year or every 20,000 km - whichever occurs first. This is prescribed by XPENG to ensure the best possible ownership experience with your car, and to prevent possible inappropriateness before they develop into definite problems. At the same time, you can also ask for the following to be carried out during a service, if it should be relevant for you: • Ongoing maintenance of many of the car's wearing parts as well as stone chip repairs. • Replacement of components, brakes and the 12V battery. • Carrying out any warranty repairs and/or recall campaigns. • Change of tyres, rims and wheel balancing. • Diagnostic work and troubleshooting. • Carry out A/C service and replace and top up air conditioning refrigerant.
