Soft-close doors

When the doors of the G9 are open, the glass automatically lowers slightly, leaving room for it to slide back into the two grooves and automatically close the window when it is closed again. The soft-close doors automatically close when the sensors detect that they are not fully locked, so you never have to worry about whether your XPENG is secured.

Charge

The G9’s super-fast charging technology allows you to fast-charge at up to 300KW. Thanks to the fastest charging speed in its segment, you can charge an additional 100 km of range ni just 5 minutes. Fast charging from 10 to 80% takes just 20 minutes¹

Battery and charging times

Thanks to its extended range, the G9 can travel up to 570km on a single charge, so you no longer have to worry about long range. In fact, the G9’s battery can be charged from 10-80% in about 20 minutes, so you can spend more time on the road. ¹

Unparalleled Performance and Handling

The G9s chassis has been tuned by specialist engineers from Germany, allowing the G9 to accelerate smoothly from 0–100 km/hr in less than 4 seconds(AWD). With the G9 all-wheel Drive you get an additional driving mode for mud and snow.

Dual-Chamber air suspension

The G9 AWD Performance is equiped with a dual chamber air suspension system to offer greater flexibility and comfort.

The breakthrough computing power of G9 is powered by the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chip. It ensures that our XPILOT’s intelligent driving, safety and parking functions always utilize the full potential of the 29 sensors on your XPENG G9. ³

XMART OS

The 3D multimedia system projects the real world onto the G9’s central touchscreen, providing instant feedback for a more immersive driving experience. With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the G9 offers the same experience as your smartphone. G9 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset to power Xmart OS on the digital dashboard and central touchscreen that consists of two 14.96″ screens.

“Hey XPENG” Voice Assistance

The G9 features our new and improved voice assistant that can understand and respond to complex commands from all four zones of the car, even without a network connection.

OTA Updates⁴

Over-the-air (OTA) software and firmware updates help improve Xmart OS, XPILOT, and overall driving performance over time. These automatic updates keep your XPENG in tip-top condition, from adding features to Xmart OS to optimizing air conditioning. Take advantage of regular over-the-air updates, ranging from new features in the Xmart OS to optimizations in the air conditioning system. These software updates are free of charge and don’t require your car to be taken to the workshop; All you need is an internet connection.

XPENG App Control

The XPENG app allows drivers to lock and unlock their car, view the battery status, and control other useful features. What’s more, the XPENG smart app allows you to preheat or cool down the cabin of your G9 before embarking on your next journey.

XOPERA

The Xopera uses 22 speakers with a total power of 2150 W, including a Dynaudio Confidence sound system. The XPENG G9 can also be used as a boombox with its two external speakers, so you can listem to your music outside the car when its parked.

3.XPILOT intelligent driving system is a driver assistance function and cannot handle all traffic, weather and road conditions. The driver must always pay attention to the current traffic situation. If the automatic driver assistance system does not steer properly or does not maintain the correct distance and speed, the driver must actively intervene. Read all the information about XPILOT in the driver's manual to better understand the limitations of this system. The driver should be aware of these limitations before using XPILOT. Use caution during complex and changeable traffic conditions, icy and snowy roads, wet and slippery weather, stationary or muddy roads, poor visibility, rough mountain roads or highway exits.

4. Our cars may receive OTA updates that enhance existing features or introduce new features over a Wi-Fi or 4G connection. Once the update is downloaded, you will receive a notification on the screen at the front of the car. You can also check out new updates by tapping the XPENG logo at the top of the central screen. It is also possible to schedule the download of an update for a later time. After you set the download to a later time, you can adjust the time or cancel the update on the touchscreen by clicking on the XPENG logo -> Install -> Cancel or Adjust Time.
